The Duke Active Mattress from Harvest Healthcare is a premium replacement mattress system designed to provide substantial pressure relief for frail users who are at very high risk of developing pressure ulcers, including those with existing stage 4 pressure injuries.

With a total of 30 cells - including 25 alternating air cells and 5 static pillow section cells - the Duke delivers high-performance alternating pressure therapy to support both prevention and treatment. Each air cell is individually replaceable, ensuring long-term use and easy maintenance.

The mattress includes an integrated 50mm foam base beneath the air cells, offering a stable platform to enhance pressure redistribution. A removable PU cover separates the two layers, featuring welded seams, Crib 5 fire safety rating, and resistance to water ingress, making it suitable for demanding care environments.

The Duke is compatible with Harvest 250 and Harvest 3 pumps, supporting patients up to 39 stone (247kg), depending on the pump used. It complies with Bed Rail Regulations for Woburn, Woburn Low, Community, and Community Low beds.
