Developed as an alternative to using tubular slide sheets, the Flat Sheet incorporates a number of handholds, which allows a positive grip when carrying out a patient handling task. The Flat Sheet can be used singularly or in pairs and enjoys the same low friction qualities as the Ultra Slide sheets.
Extension straps are available to allow a lateral transfer (from bed to trolley etc...) helping the user(s) to achieve a better posture during the transfer.
